Ainsdale Ambition Unlimited

For some time now Ainsdale’s Lib Dem team  have been campaigning or a major makeover of Sandbrook Way in Woodvale and demanding action - now their dream seems on the verge of coming true

Councillor Lynne Thompson and Lesley Delves (pictured here in 2021) have ben clamouring for development and improvement in Woodvale - an area in bad need of new facilities. For too long it has not been of sufficient concern to Sefton. Always ready to work with those who care about Ainsdale, Lynne and Lesley never gave up as the plans for the area chopped and changed, doing everything possible to encourage progress and positive community action.

Now it looks with the planned arrival of Aldi as an anchor store that the future is bright. This is just part of the improvements Lynne and Lesley want to see in Woodvale. Hopefully with such determined councillors and community support there’s much more to come.
